Raven Faber, EngErotics’ founder and CEO, has been nominated for the 2022 XBIZ Progressive Leadership Award. The winner will be announced on January 11, 2022. The annual XBIZ Exec Awards honors the best of the best from the community, celebrating outstanding career achievement across a wide variety of prominent industry roles. Nominees are selected based on a range of success factors, including business acumen, community standing, and overall leadership.
“It is such an honor to be nominated for my very first XBIZ retail Exec Award. The news came as quite a surprise — I knew that the nomination period had taken place, but I’ve been so focused on scaling EngErotics that I didn’t think much of it,” Faber said.
She continued, “I certainly didn’t nominate myself, so it is a real treat, and very humbling, to know that my industry peers believe me to be worthy of such a beautiful nomination. Thank you to XBIZ, and the industry members who nominated me in this category.”
