(“EngErotics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a wellness company committed to empowering pleasure, confidence, and self-care through high-quality intimacy devices and CBD-infused intimate body care. Our Site offers educational content, product sales, and community resources for adults 18+.
2. Eligibility
To use our Site or purchase from us, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may limit or cancel quantities at our discretion. Pricing, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice.
We accept secure payments through trusted third-party processors. All transactions must be authorized, and you agree to pay all applicable charges, including taxes and shipping.
5. Business-to-Business (B2B) Use
Our Site and products are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless explicitly authorized by EngErotics in writing.
If you’re a retailer, distributor, or business interested in carrying our products, please contact us directly at Orders@EngErotics.com or by visiting our Wholesale Portal. Unauthorized resale or redistribution of our products is strictly prohibited. We do not authorize our products to be advertised or sold on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay.
6. Shipping & Returns
We currently ship within the U.S., including by request to Alaska and Hawaii. All sales are final. However, if you find one of our products to be defective or damaged, you may request a replacement by emailing us directly at Orders@EngErotics.com

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site – text, images, branding, graphics, video, and similar – is the property of EngErotics, Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, distribute, or modify anything without our express written permission.
8. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance
All persons who appear in any visual content on the Site were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the content was created. EngErotics does not produce or host visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and associated regulations. To the extent any such content appears on the Site, it is either exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or falls within the scope of content produced by third parties who are responsible for maintaining appropriate records. EngErotics makes a good faith effort to ensure that all marketing or promotional content complies with applicable laws and standards.

13. Binding Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between you and EngErotics, we encourage an open conversation to resolve it informally. If that doesn’t work, you agree that:
- All disputes will be resolved through final and binding arbitration, not in court.
- Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), in Colorado, and governed by Colorado law.
- You and EngErotics waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the Site means you accept any changes, so we encourage you to check back now and then.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any arbitration or court proceeding (where arbitration is not enforceable) will take place in Colorado.
