We’re excited to get your order to you! EngErotics currently ships to all states within the contiguous U.S. If you’re placing an order from Alaska or Hawaii, just shoot us a message and we’ll be happy to help make arrangements.
Good news: All U.S. orders over $75 ship for FREE!
We use USPS for all our deliveries, and you can expect your order to arrive within 3–5 business days after it’s placed.
Want to check the status of your order? We’ve got you. Just email us at Orders@EngErotics.com and include your Order Number in the subject line so we can help you as quickly as possible.
At this time, we’re not able to ship internationally. We know that’s a bummer, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
EngErotics Return Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products – and in order to protect the health and safety of our customers and team – all sales are final, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable unless a product turns out to be defective.
If you receive a defective item, we’ll gladly replace it with the same product at no cost to you. To get started, email Orders@EngErotics.com with:
- The name and Order Number under which the order was placed.
- A detailed description of the issue.
We’ll walk you through the next steps and, if necessary, assist you with returning the item to us. Once we receive your item and confirm the defect, your replacement will be on its way!
Please make sure to send back the product with all original parts and packaging—this includes things like charging cords and remote controls.
And just so you know: All returned intimacy devices are sanitized, disassembled, and carefully studied so we can learn from the defect and continue improving our products. Your feedback really does help us build better things for the future.
We NEVER reuse, restock, or refurbish returned items. That’s gross.
