Born and raised in Boulder, CO, Alicia brings a formal education in biochemistry and chemical engineering to her role as CSO and Senior Chemical Engineer at EngErotics. With a deep understanding of product formulation, she ensures that every intimacy device and CBD-infused intimate body care product meets the highest standards of safety, performance, and design.

She and CEO Raven Faber first crossed paths at the University of Colorado, forming a friendship rooted in shared values around science, quality engineering, and thoughtful product creation. Now based in New York City with her husband and daughter, she remains dedicated to applying rigorous scientific principles to the CannaSexTech space. She is proud to be part of the EngErotics team and passionate about well-engineered, thoughtfully designed products that elevate intimate wellness.

With over 18 years of experience helping others in her previous career, Heather is passionate about empowering individuals to reach their highest potential. Sarah Kausalik

Education & Sales Consultant

With a decade of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Sarah brings a deep understanding of body wellness and care to the EngErotics team. In addition to her massage therapy background, she is also a certified phlebotomist and is currently pursuing her nursing degree to further expand her expertise in health and human connection.

A devoted fan of EngErotics since 2019, Sarah has long appreciated the brand’s dedication to quality, body-safe, and pleasure-positive products. Her enthusiasm for the product line and her genuine love for helping others discover what supports their well-being make her a natural fit for our team.

When she’s not working, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, partners, and family, which includes a mix of grown kids, pets, and dreams of one day adding chickens and goats back into the fold. A Colorado native with a soft spot for both the mountains and the ocean, she finds balance between adventure and relaxation wherever life takes her.
