While filling bathtub with warm water, open cap (on hinge-top vials) or open the package and pour all contents into tub. Bathe and enjoy. If using A Night In, Jasmine Temptation, or Lavender Chamomile, after bathing, drain water and remove flowers that collect around the drain.
